Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging order; if our chipboard boxes or folding cartons do not meet your specifications, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or bespoke sized orders are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the unused cartons in their original flat-packed bundles and protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned stock, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
