Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our chipboard boxes and folding cartons.
What is the difference between chipboard and corrugated cardboard?
Chipboard is a single-layer, lightweight paperboard typically used for folding cartons like cereal boxes or cosmetics packaging. Corrugated cardboard consists of a fluted inner layer between two flat sheets and is designed for heavy-duty shipping and structural strength.
Do you offer custom printing on folding cartons?
Yes, we provide full-color custom printing, including CMYK, spot colors, and specialty finishes like foil stamping or UV coating. Please contact our design team for a template and minimum order requirements.
Are your chipboard products eco-friendly?
Our chipboard boxes are made from 100% recycled paperboard and are fully recyclable and biodegradable, making them an excellent choice for sustainable packaging solutions.
What is the standard lead time for bulk orders?
Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-printed folding cartons or specific die-cut designs, lead times generally range from 10 to 15 business days depending on order volume.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
We offer sample kits that include various thicknesses and finishes of our chipboard materials. For custom designs, we can provide a digital proof or a physical prototype for a small fee.
How are the boxes shipped to prevent damage?
All folding cartons and chipboard boxes are shipped flat to minimize shipping costs and prevent crushing. They are securely bundled and shrink-wrapped on pallets or packed in heavy-duty outer cartons.
